Common questions

Where are my tickets?

Sign in with the email used at checkout and open Ticket Vault from your account.

Can I buy without an account?

GateFlow is preparing guest checkout for live launch. For controlled beta, use the checkout email so tickets can be recovered later.

How do organizers get paid?

GateFlow is finalizing production Stripe Connect and payout reporting before live paid events.

What if a QR code will not scan?

Staff can use manual lookup by ticket, order, email, short code, or customer name.

For account recovery, try password reset first. If support must perform an exceptional recovery action, GateFlow will verify your identity with a one-time code before any account, ticket, refund, or ownership change is approved.
