Policy Acceptance
Before checkout, customers may be required to accept the organizer refund and cancellation policy. GateFlow stores an acceptance timestamp and policy snapshot with the order.
Admission
GateFlow scanner decisions are authoritative for admission. Refunded, voided, canceled, duplicate, or wrong-event tickets may be rejected.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the organizer policy, event state, payment state, ticket state, and GateFlow administrative controls.
