Fee Refund Treatment
Service fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or event cancellation. Organizer policy controls whether organizer, customer, or GateFlow absorbs fees.
Server Enforcement
Customers and organizers cannot submit platform fee amounts from the browser. GateFlow calculates fees server-side.
